Common questions:

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email saying "Your order has shipped!" This will include a tracking number for your package.

All of our products are custom made and you could receive your order in a few days, or it could take longer depending on the item. Items in stock should ship in 1-3 days and minky blankets and doubles, queens and kings can take up to 2 weeks. 

What if there is a problem with my blanket?

If there is a problem with your blanket please notify us immediately at info@mosaicweightedblankets.com so that we can resolve the issue for you.

My blanket is the wrong weight. (too heavy or too light) Can I exchange it for a lighter weight?

Please notify us in writing at info@mosaicweightedblankets.com or over the phone at 512-514-5529 of the issue, with your name/order number.

Please notify us for exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the blanket.

Please ship the original blanket back to us in unused condition.

Once we receive your blanket we will inspect the blanket and refund your order. You can order the correct weight at www.mosaicweightedblankets.com, or we will be happy to take the new order over the phone at 512 514 5529.

We will send you a link to create a UPS return label for your blanket. Returning your blanket through UPS is the fastest and cheapest way to return it. We offer you the lowest rate and speediest shipping with UPS Ground. 

When you are ready to return your blanket it's easy to print out your return label beforehand or scan your smartphone at the UPS store when dropping off your packaged blanket to get the return label at the store. You can track your return once it ships with UPS's tracking system.

We will process a refund within 2 weeks of receiving your return. The low cost of our UPS ground shipping will be deducted from your credit.

We inspect all returns and if the product is damaged we will contact you about the return.  We do not accept laundered or heavily soiled items.  If we deem your returned item to be in used condition, a restocking fee will be assessed.

Clearance items are NON RETURNABLE.
