OUR SHIPPING POLICIES
COMMON QUESTIONS:
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive an email saying "Your order has shipped!" This will include a tracking number for your package.
All of our products are custom made and you could receive your order in a few days, or it could take longer depending on the item. Items in stock should ship in 1-3 days and minky blankets and full, queen and king can take up to 2 weeks.
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY BLANKET?
If there is a problem with your blanket please notify us immediately at info@mosaicweightedblankets.com so that we can resolve the issue for you.
MY BLANKET IS THE WRONG WEIGHT. (TOO HEAVY OR TOO LIGHT) CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR A LIGHTER WEIGHT?
Please notify us in writing at info@mosaicweightedblankets.com as to the issue, with your name/order number.
Please notify us for exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the blanket.
Please ship the blanket back to us in unused condition to:

Once we receive your blanket we will inspect the blanket and refund your order. You can order the correct weight at any time at www.mosaicweightedblankets.com, or we will be happy to take the new order over the phone at 512-514-5529.
Additional Shipping/Return/Refund Guidelines:
1. If the address provided by the customer is incorrect and results with their shipment being sent to the wrong address, we will not send another blanket to the new correct address for free. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure their address is correct when they purchase the blanket, and the financial obligations will fall to the customer
2. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. If a shipment leaves our warehouse and is lost in transit by the shipping provider, the customer is responsible for filing a lost shipment claim for the lost package. Mosaic Weighted Blankets is not responsible for a lost shipment made by mail carriers
3. We provide shipping insurance for all of our blankets. The shipping insurance can be purchased with any order. Purchasing shipping insurance guarantees that if a package is lost in transit, we will provide you another one at no cost. If you did not purchase shipping insurance with your order, you are not eligible to receive another blanket for free if your order is lost in transit.
