WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY BLANKET?

If there is a problem with your blanket please notify us immediately at returns@mosaicweightedblankets.com so that we can resolve the issue for you.

MY BLANKET IS THE WRONG WEIGHT. (TOO HEAVY OR TOO LIGHT) CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR A LIGHTER WEIGHT?

Yes, please notify us at returns@mosaicweightedblankets.com with your name/order number and we'll start the exchange.

We will process your refund within 2 weeks of receiving your return.
  
All returns and exchanges must be in new, unwashed condition with the original packaging. Due to our health and safety practices, we inspect all returns and exchanges before issuing a refund.  We will deduct 30% off of your refund if your return is not in new, unwashed condition with the original packaging.              
Clearance and Custom items are NOT RETURNABLE.

All orders placed from the day before Thanksgiving through December 22nd will have an extended return policy to January 25th                                                                                                                                                                       
Mosaic Weighted Blankets offers shipping insurance for $9.95 to ensure that if your package is lost or stolen you can get a replacement at no charge.                       
If your package is lost or stolen, you are required to open a ticket with the shipper to locate your package. We do not replace lost or stolen packages for free.

You will get a 100% refund on your mattress if you are not satisfied, no hidden fees or return shipping charges.

If after trying the Mosaic GEL memory foam mattress for 50 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will begin the return process.

We don’t accept return requests until after a full 50 day trial. Measure your bed frame, foundation, platform, or adjustable bed to make sure you are ordering the correct size. We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered mattresses.

One mattress return per customer. We do not offer exchanges. 

Return Policy FAQs

  • Do I have to get the mattress back into the box?No, we do not expect you to get it back in the box for a return.
  • Do you resell used beds?No and it is illegal to sell used beds in many states.  This is why our return policy excludes exchanges.
  • Why do I have to wait 50 days to return it?Your body needs time to adjust to a new bed. The time this takes depends on a number of factors such as your previous bed type, age, how long you use your previous bed, spine health, weight and overall health. We have had customers dislike the mattress at first and then love it after a couple of weeks.
  • Do you get a lot of returns?Returns are very rare. There is a high probability that you will not need to return this mattress.
  • No exchanges We will not offer an exchange so please be sure that you measure to make sure the mattress will fit and that you are careful to not make a mistake while ordering.

Mosaic Mattress Warranty
10 Year Warranty Overview

In summary, in accordance of the conditions set forth below, this warranty covers any visible sag in the mattress over 1.25”.

There are no fees associated with returning the mattress in the first 10
years to Mosaic, BUT the product must be inspected by Mosaic before a warranty claim can be processed.
Mosaic warrants that it will, at Mosaic’s option, replace or repair purchaser’s mattress if it is defective due to defective materials or craftsmanship, subject to the limitations described in this limited warranty. There
are no additional warranties in addition to this one described.
The warranty is valid only for original purchaser of the new products.  This warranty starts from the original purchase date of the original product purchased and is non-transferable.
Mosaic mattresses are designed to work on a flat, sturdy surface, foundation or adjustable bed base that is structurally sound and can adequately support the weight of purchaser’s Mosaic mattress and user(s). Slats or spaces on any of the surfaces mentioned above cannot exceed 5” or it invalidates
this warranty. Visibly sagging foundations are not covered.
Valid foundations include traditional box springs, platform beds, adjustable beds, murphy beds, wall beds, any solid, flat surface including the floor as long as it meets the requirements listed in the previous paragraph.
If the Mosaic mattress is used on an inadequate base of any type not meeting the requirements described above the warranty (expressed or implied) is invalidated.
Mosaic may require purchaser to provide proof of the quality of the box springs, mattress foundation, or adjustable bed supporting the Mosaic to make a warranty claim. Mosaic reserves the right to void this warranty if the mattress is not used on a proper foundation.

Things covered by this limited warranty:
A visible indentation that exceeds 1.25”, not associated with an indentation or sag due to an inadequate foundation or adjustable bed base, platform bed, etc.

Things NOT covered by this limited warranty:
Intentional or unintentional abuse or damage to the Mosaic mattress, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, rips, or liquid damage, stains not caused by faulty craftsmanship or defective components.
A ‘softening’ of the Mosaic memory foam material, which is normal and does not affect the pressure-relieving benefits of the mattress. All mattresses soften up over time, some more than others.
The cover is non removable. Do not remove the cover, removing the cover invalidates the warranty.

10 Year Coverage
During the 10 years of this limited warranty, Mosaic will not charge purchaser to repair or replace purchaser’s mattress if it is deemed ineffective. The replacement mattress is covered under this warranty, valid from the original purchase date of the replaced mattress and is NOT extended
beyond that time.

Other Limitations on this Warranty
If a warranty repair/replacement is deemed necessary, purchaser will be required to surrender the original product to Mosaic at the time of replacement. There are no express or implied warranties, other than the warranty described in this limited warranty. This limited warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights, which may vary from
state to state.
