WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY BLANKET?

If there is a problem with your blanket please notify us immediately at info@mosaicweightedblankets.com so that we can resolve the issue for you.

MY BLANKET IS THE WRONG WEIGHT. (TOO HEAVY OR TOO LIGHT) CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR A LIGHTER WEIGHT?

Yes, please notify us at info@mosaicweightedblankets.com or over the phone at 512-514-5529 with your name/order number and we'll start the exchange.

RETURN PROCESS:
Please contact us by email, returns@mosaicweightedblankets.com, or call us at {512-514-5529 M-F 9-4 CST} and we will send you a link to create a shipping label.

Returning your blanket through UPS is the fastest and cheapest way to return it. We offer you the lowest rate and speediest shipping with UPS Ground. 

You can print the label and drop it off at any UPS location to ship back to us for a refund. 

The customer is responsible for return charges. We will subtract the amount of the discounted UPS shipping from your return, after we have received the blanket back in our facility. 

We will process a refund within 2 weeks of receiving your return. We inspect all returns and if the product is damaged we will contact you about the return.  We do not accept laundered or heavily soiled items.  If we deem your returned item to be in used condition, a restocking fee will be assessed.

Clearance and Custom items are NOT RETURNABLE.
