Common questions:

How will I know when my order has shipped? 

You will receive an email saying "Your order has shipped!" This will include a tracking number for your package.

All of our products are custom made and you could receive your order in a few days, or it could take longer depending on the item. Items in stock should ship in 1-3 days and minky blankets and doubles, queens and kings can take up to 2 weeks. 


What if there is a problem with my blanket?

If there is a problem with your blanket please notify us immediately at so that we can resolve the issue for you.

My blanket is the wrong weight. (too heavy or too light) Can I exchange it for a lighter weight?

Please notify us in writing at as to the issue, with your name/order number.

Please notify us for exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the blanket.

Please ship the blanket back to us in unused condition to:

Once we receive your blanket we will inspect the blanket and refund your order. You can order the correct weight at, or we will be happy to take the new order over the phone at 512-514-5529.
